Thanks for this - I couldn't find what i am searching for - I am calling reports into n8n, via /rest/v11_16/Reports/{REPORTID}/json
But what I really need to be able to do, is affect run time filters - from n8n by sending query params in the url or the body...

Has anyone found a way to do this? (use case is a monthly report from Sugar into Hubspot that delivers all the customers who have cars with anniversaries this month - across the last 4 years. There's no way I am aware of to make that an automated criteria inside of Sugar Reports - but I could make it a formula in n8n if I could send those across in the api...

Might be useful to have it as a link on the main https://apidocs.sugarcrm.com page. As it stands there is a REST API button but it takes you to the support pages which doesn't have an immediate link for this. Or you could put this postman collection there, either way just a thought as otherwise you'd have to make sure you search for postman collection in the search to find it.

regarding the "created a release with MLPs ready to be installed" I just tried and getting the following error message during start of install:

Installation failed!

The package you are attempting to install does not conform to the policies established by SugarCloud or by your system administrator.

SugarCloud customers must obtain a new package from the package provider that addresses the issues described below.
If you are running Sugar locally, you can relax your Module Loader restrictions to allow the package to be installed.

Looks like these packages are for very old pre v10 SUgarCRM

Is there any plans to provide lazy loading of the metadata? Currently our metadata is pretty large. It would improve performance if the metadata would load only what is required and load the remainder in the background? For example Google sheets loads in a few moments, while Sugar takes minutes.

Hey Rafael Fernandes,

I have the latest MySQL server installed: MySQL Ver 8.0.41-0ubuntu0.20.04.1.

I recently imported my database, including structure and data, from MySQL 5.7 to 8.0.41. After connecting SugarCRM to MySQL 8.0, I noticed a significant performance slowdown. However, connecting the same SugarCRM instance to MySQL 5.7 runs significantly faster.

To analyze the difference, I created a test connection file and measured the connection times for both versions:

MySQL 5.7.40-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
- Connection Time: 0.002336 seconds
MySQL 8.0.41-0ubuntu0.20.04.1
- Connection Time: 0.299383 seconds

As is evident, there is a huge difference in connection time between the two versions.

Key Details:

Both MySQL servers are running on identical resources: 8GB RAM with 160GB storage.
InnoDB settings have been configured similarly to MySQL 5.7, except for parameters deprecated in MySQL 8.0.
The performance issue is specific to MySQL 8.0.41, while MySQL 5.7 remains fast.

Could you please guide me on the key factors I should check to resolve this performance issue?

Are there any updates on 3LA authentication? Can we implement token-based authentication? We’ve already created OAuth Consumer Keys, but the current setup still requires a username and password. We’re sharing the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret securely and would like to utilize this without needing a password. How can we achieve this?
