In our current environments, we have customisation in place that changes the background colour of the menu ribbon. This makes it very obvious which environment you're working in and reduces the chance of accidental changes in production.

With the changes coming in release 12.3, I'm hoping that something like this will be possible with the new left-side menu. It would be preferable if this is a simple configuration parameter that an admin can set rather than requiring a customisation.

Is this capability included in the 12.3 release?

Is there a way to configure $sugar_config['maxPinnedModules'] via the admin-menu?
