Hello,

I am currently on SugarCRM Enterprise on demand. Can I move some members to SugarCRM sell and some to SugarCRM serve? Does the system coexist like that?

I share Diego Santos García Martínez's concern.

Will SugarServe and SugarSell be available for on-site deployment with the Spring 2020 release?

If they are, will Market be available to on-site customers? If so, how do common modules like Accounts and Contacts integrate with Market which is not on-site?

If Serve and Sell will not be available for on-site deployment, will your on-site customers eventually have to move to cloud?

I assume you will not continue development of Enterprise and Professional, so when do you plan to EOL those versions?

And is the fact that Market is not code-customizable indicate a trend away from open source?

Thanks for this, really helpful.

One question though: does this mean that SugarCRM 9.0 will be the last available on-site product and from there onwards SugarCRM will be exclusively OnDemand?
