I am seeing the same behavior that Patrick saw when I log into our instances in Sugar Demo Builder. When I go to a file in the /custom area on an instance there, instead of opening the file in the online editor, it is just showing me a read-only version of the file.

This is a problem for our team too because we use it to debug packages and we currently have some code fixes we need to check. I am going to respond to Miruna's question with our instance in addition to what Patrick provides (sent to the demosupport address).
