This week's tip comes from Sugar's Michael Carrino, one of Sugar's veteran support engineers. He wanted to share a tip for admins running Sugar Sell, Sugar Serve, Enterprise, or Professional:

When testing email in Admin > System Email Settings, use an email address this is not part of your domain (anything @yahoo.com is probably good) so that you can fully test to see if the authentication is actually working, as opposed to simply being passed due to the message coming into the home domain.

Thanks Mike!
