A couple of new enhancements have come to the Sales and Services consoles with the 13.3 release. We've added inline editing to the consoles, allowing users to quickly edit select fields on the fly. Users can do this by double-clicking fields in the console, or by clicking the edit button at the right of each row.

Additionally, users can also now sort by multiple fields in the console list views. For example, you can first sort by SLA due date, and then secondarily sort by priority level. This way you can be certain to never miss an SLA while respecting the urgency of a case!
