We&#39;ve added inline editing to the consoles, allowing users to quickly edit select fields on the fly. Users can do this by double-clicking fields in the console, or by clicking the edit button at the right of each row.<br /> <br /> Additionally, users can also now sort by multiple fields in the console list views. For example, you can first sort by SLA due date, and then secondarily sort by priority level.
