Here are a few tips for viewing the data table of a Report dashlet in the mobile app:

Use the gear icon to reorder columns. This lets you put the most important field first to take advantage of the frozen first column when scrolling horizontally. Mobile devices have limited screen real estate, so this is critical.
Take advantage of run-time filters. These filters let you narrow down the data you’re looking at on your mobile device without impacting the dashlet or the report itself for when you return to your computer.
Rotate your phone to use landscape mode! This enables you to see much more of a row at once without scrolling. Data tables are the perfect use case for landscape mode.
