For example, Idea 98243 has a subject of “report in 25,” which provides no meaningful context. At this point, it might make more sense to remove or restrict access to it since it’s not adding any value.

Francesca, while there is no license fee required from Sugar (e.g. it will be part of Enterprise), you will still need to setup an Amazon Connect account to activate SugarLive.

"SugarLive for Enterprise" does that mean that Sugar Live will be included in the Enterprise release or as an add-on option for an additional fee?
