AI-driven capabilities and workflow transformation&mdash;now table stakes for enterprise CRM platforms&mdash;are largely absent. The recent name change, without substantive product improvement, only adds to the perception of misaligned priorities.</p> <p>There is an urgent need to reset the foundation. The immediate focus must be on modernizing the user interface, significantly simplifying and streamlining core workflows, and putting greater control and configurability in the hands of system administrators.&nbsp;Lastly, you should begin infusing the AI as an integral part of the system which adds value to the customer right away, and mere name change doesn&#39;t help anyone.
