Sugar Automate

We are a community bank with about 210 employees. 160 of them use the CRM. We do not currently use sugar automate. Most of our service request (we call them work orders) are either too simple or we have designed a BPM. I was wondering if anyone had a good example of the best use of a service request that is the perfect fit for Automate and why. I know I could build any of these in Automate but I am looking for something that fits better here than anywhere else, and why. If you have any related thoughts, opinions, or stories I would love to hear them as well!

Thank you all for your replies. I am hoping for an answer, but also a good discussion. I would love for the banking group to get more active and help each other with ideas and answers!

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to see all of the tags in SugarCRM and delete those that may have typos or we no longer use so that they no longer appear in auto-complete?

Anyone using SugarCRM for Venture Capital?

Hi everyone-

My agency has been using Sugar for close to 10 years now. We've added lots of modules/customizations to our instance so we can use it to track our leads and funding.

Any of you also use the system similarly? Would like to connect to another similar use case to hear what you did.
