Report / chart with cumulative sales for a certain month

Hi, I have a question. I would like to make a cumulative sales won chart as a report in the picture below.

I configured a report, and for the moment it is possible to have the sales won numbers soreted out day by day on the day that the opportunity is closed. But the sales won numbers are not cumulative like in the chart above. Does anybody know how to make cumulative charts in Sugar?

Changing Header Fields

Is there a way that we can change the field in our record headers so that we can display employee's First Name, Middle Initial. and Last Names, instead of Salutation?

I wanted to second the Timeline Dashlet! It was added in 11.1 and has received several different improvements since then. Before 11.1, it was called the Interactions dashlet but when it was renamed, it was significantly reworked to be more useful and easier to work with. I'm not sure which version of Sugar you're on, but it's useful in a variety of use cases and views, especially with some of the enhancements that were added over the last few releases. 🙂

Welcome to Sugar Club!

It depends on your role, and if you're specifically looking for Case data.

For a general overview, I love the "Open Cases by User" dashlet that is on the Service Console by default. It's a great way to overview cases, who has them, and the status they are in.

If you're a support agent, I find the Account dashlet in the Case record view particularly invaluable, as well as the Comment Log and Case Timeline.

Additionally, I heavily utilize the "Saved Reports Chart Dashlet". It allows me to create any report with a chart, and view it on my dashboards. This is a great way to personalize the data you want to see, whether it's for an overview or for more granular information.
