RE: Version 2.7.5 of the Outlook Plug-in Released

Has the new version addressed the issue of the Outlook plug-in disconnecting? I understand that the OPI does not store the password by design due to it being a security risk. Instead, the credentials are used to acquire tokens, which when invalid will cause the OPI to prompt the user for the password. I am also aware that changes in IP or short durations for token expiry will cause this issue.
We have users using SugarCRM globally who will often use a VPN connection. I would like to know if this latest version has addressed these issues before it is rolled out across the organisation. Appreciate your support, thank you!

Sorry just to clarify. Here's my instance details.

SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.9.4.0 (Build 1130)

Outlook 2010 (version 14)

I was just wondering if in this release notes version 2.6.0 would be supported for Outlook 2010. Or I would need to upgrade to Outlook 2013 to be able to use this functionality ?

Hi Rich Green & Alex Nassi, Does this version support Outlook 2010 as well ? I can see the supported platform does not include 2010. However, it seems that the documentation says that Outlook plugin support 2010,2013,2016. Could you please clarify before i proceed installing ? Thank you.

Is the Mail > Automatically archive all incoming and outgoing Outlook emails for Contact/Lead setting new? Or does it just have better visibility due to the re-organization of settings?

This is a request I hear a lot, so I was excited to find this setting!

Awesome to get a new version out - good job! Regarding the phone number, it´s been in OPI since at least 2.2.0 (built 16.05.16.1501) so I´m not seeing that as a new feature in 2.4.1 but maybe I´m misunderstanding something...

But talking about phone numbers: Can we have the cell phone number shown in Side Panel? Or at least be able to configure in the OPI which phone number(s) are shown in the Side Panel?

The OPI has been improved a lot since the early days. I use it daily - almost couldn't live without it.

Now on the the 365 connector (yes I know 3rd party products exist)

Can you tell us how the Dupe check works? Is it solely on email address or are other fields considered?
