Hi there,

Working with outlook version 2308, one colleague could install the SugarConnect add-in without any trouble. For me, both Sugar Support and Atos support were already spending weeks in getting it up and running, so far without success. The add-in works in in Outlook on the web, but refuses to appear in the desktop counterpart. But they keep on searching ... ;-)

We have pushed out Sugar Connect to our users as an approved app which means admin does not need to add users via the portal. Although user accounts are mapped correctly it seems that the Sugar Connect archiving folder (Copy to CRM) is not being created. This means that user emails are not auto-archiving. Please can someone advise on this!

There has been an update released to the Sugar Connect sidebar - this update resolves the issue described above. If any user continues to experience an issue after the update please contact support.

We have been moving files to "Copy to CRM" folder upon receiving the email. This was to ensure all emails related to a Contact/Lead were archived and a user didn't have to remember to archive emails (they didn't always).

With the new Auto Archival to Office 365, does it mean all emails will be auto archived if they only hit the inbox, and we don't need the Copy to CRM folder any longer?

Sugar Connect 34.1 was released February 8th to address the issue with Sugar Connect using the desktop version of Outlook on Windows machines. The new sidebar version is 1.34.1.58.
