This was to ensure all emails related to a Contact/Lead were archived and a user didn&#39;t have to remember to archive emails (they didn&#39;t always).</p> <p>With the new Auto Archival to Office 365, does it mean all emails will be auto archived if they only hit the inbox, and we don&#39;t need the Copy to CRM folder any longer?</p><img src="https://sugarclub.sugarai.com/aggbug?PostID=3680&AppID=47&AppType=Weblog&ContentType=0" width="1" height="1">
