RE: Mobile App Version 76.0 is Live

Hello,

Version 76.0 of the mobile app is not working properly with iOS 18.0.1. Users can no longer make calls from the mobile app, which was not an issue with the previous version of iOS.
Additionally, the GPS navigation feature, which is triggered by clicking on an address in the mobile app, is no longer functioning.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it didn't help.

Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

Now that the Notifications are being sent to the Mobile App, where in the Mobile App does the User find the Notifications?

There is no corresponding Bell icon in the header and the Notifications module cannot be added to the Mobile App.

I noticed on Friday when the update went live that the comment log feature within the notes module is not working when you try to tag someone.

A hidden feature slipped through without getting added to the release notes, but it is now added!

Always Offline mode: This new setting allows you to force Sugar Mobile to stay offline and queue all actions in the transaction log. This can be useful in areas with unreliable service to prevent failed sync attempts.

Rich Green We are still getting reports of login errors on android version 6.5.1.495, "ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME" Is this supposed to be fixed?

Hi there ,

This works fine for IOS but its a bug on Android Device , after the first login and navigating to any module , "generic error" message is popped out and thus cant access the sugarAPP

Hello Vincent

While mobile is expected to continue to work with 7.6; we are no longer testing or fixing bugs that relate to 7.6 since it is officially EOL and by definition not supported.

There could be at some point in time where the app could have issues but this is another incentive for those on 7.6 or older to get on to 7.7.

Can I suggest the following be more prominent please as I nearly missed it and users may not realise the importance until too late?

SugarCRM Mobile 4.1.0 is now only supported for use with Sugar 7.7 and above.

I have some issues with the APP on IOS. After a call I want to edit the call. When I click on Status the selection box from the reminders pops up. When I click again it goes to Direction. I can tried several times and then I'm able to edit the Status correct. I use the latest version 4.0.1.363 Server Version 7.7.1.0 PRO
