Ability to add related records to the Record View dashlet based on the "Relate To" Flex Relate relationship

View recent Opportunity record changes to quickly understand how Opportunities change over time

Additional Highlights

"Needed Follow-ups" shows meetings or calls that need to be followed up on, allowing users to easily open the record in a focus drawer

Create activities directly from the "Next Steps" section in the Opportunity Summary, Case Summary, and Account Intelligence dashlets

Engaged Contacts provide visibility into the key relationship holders in an organization, prioritizing based on frequency of emails, calls, and meetings

Administrators can now prevent users from accessing the Account Intelligence and AI Summarization dashlets using module role permissions

Sugar Connect (Mail & Calendar Integration)

Email data is now populated during record creation

Previously archived emails can now be archived to additional records using the "Archive With Options" functionality

Admins can now configure default and available currencies, allowing users to swap currencies and see a side-by-side view of currencies in reports

Users can now filter on additional fields of interest in and add columns to Customers, Prospects, and Opportunities list views in CRM

1) Users can now select additional fields to add to the view	2) Required columns are added the view
