I still remember listening to this back in 2022 on my way by train to my fairly new job working with SugarCRM in the customer success team.
It helped me answer the 'Why' question in my role at the time.
Loved how they shared the importance of being meticulous as an admin but also owning the role of a Change Manager [emoticon:c4563cd7d5574777a71c318021cbbcc8].
