&lt;p data-start="216" data-end="415"&gt;One option is to create a &lt;strong data-start="242" data-end="261"&gt;Primary Contact&lt;/strong&gt; field in the Account record view layout and then filter by that field. This should result in only one Contact per Account (assuming the data is clean). You could also try enabling &lt;strong data-start="445" data-end="470"&gt;Show Distinct Results&lt;/strong&gt;, but this removes duplicate Accounts, not Contacts, and you may lose visibility into which Contact is shown.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
