SugarAI reflects the evolution of our platform and our long-term direction. Artificial intelligence now enables us to deliver more applied, actionable intelligence within the workflows Account Managers use every day. The new name signals our commitment to helping revenue teams operate with greater clarity, focus, and impact.
SugarAI will officially launch on April 13. Over the following months, you’ll see a phased transition from SugarCRM to SugarAI across our communications and product aesthetics. This means you may receive emails from both brands during this period. In-product branding updates will begin rolling out starting April 20 and continue over time.
No action is required. Your current contracts, pricing, users, data, and configurations remain unchanged. When it comes time to upgrade to the latest versions of our products, there will be readiness activities required to take full advantage of our investment in AI-powered sales functionality.
No. There is no change to legal entities or your existing contracts with us.
Your core product experience will remain unchanged. Beginning April 20, you’ll start to see updated branding for SugarAI. Over time, we’ll continue enhancing functionality in line with our applied AI strategy, with no disruption to your current workflows.
For us, AI means applied and actionable intelligence – not generic chat experiences layered on top of CRM. It means using structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights and recommended actions that improve selling outcomes.
